This lead to a passion in understanding pain, joining the NOI group .2 years as a Clinic Tutor at the British School of Osteopathy; three and half years at a Baby Café with Surestart, supporting breastfeeding, following the UNICEF breastfeeding course and child development with primitive reflex assessment (Rhythmic Movement Therapy) and Cranial Osteopathic assessment and treatment. She is also interested in sports injuries and rehabilitation in all areas, especially post accident.

As a mother of 3 grown-up children, she has always treated pregnant and postpartum women, babies and children. Recently the desire to expand and extend her knowledge in this area resulted in the completion of the 2 year Paediatric Osteopathic Diploma, run by the Sutherland Cranial College; with whom she is also a Fellow having completed the comprehensive training on the Pathway in Cranial Osteopathy, which runs over 6+ years.

Other postgraduate studies include a yearly Biodynamic course, now in the 7th year, alongside the Paediatric Biodynamics course run in the USA by Jim Jealous, ‘the father of osteopathy’ to osteopathic learning.

She enjoys treating patients from birth to the elderly with a wide range of conditions, using a variety of osteopathic techniques in her practices with Cranial Osteopathy at the heart of treatment. The importance of preventing symptoms, maintaining their recovery through exercise and lifestyle is vital to sustain patient changes.
